- Orientation - characters (limit yourself to 2 main characters) and setting
- Problem - what is the problem facing the characters?
- Complication -what happens to complicate the problem and make it worse?
- Resolution -how is the problem solved?
- Conclusion - How do your characters end up? (…and then he died OR then he woke up ….. is absolutely banned! Remember the KISS principle - Keep It Simple Simon)
